Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

Grant necessary access to platforms and accounts as required
Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
Make payments according to agreed terms
Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in service suspension.

No Guarantees

While we strive for excellence and have a strong track record, Hernex Cube does not guarantee specific results from our marketing services. Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for them. Hernex Cube retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools. We may use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. This includes business strategies, financial data, customer information, and other sensitive materials shared during the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Hernex Cube's liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, in Nigerian courts.
